SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions
please contact our office or phone (02) 9550 2222 (9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday).

Where we deliver

We will deliver to most addresses in Australia, but do not deliver Internationally. Street or P.O Box addresses are acceptable for standard items. We will require a street address for orders of larger volumes of products.

How and When we deliver

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders place before 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm (AEST) will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order.

For order destinations within Australia, you will receive your order in approximately 2-7 working days depending on your location.

If you are trying to estimate when your coffee will arrive please consider the following:

  • Credit Card Authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing
  • Orders placed after 2 pm will be downloaded into the system for the following day
  • We deliver by the regular parcel Australia Post service

    Cost of Delivery

    There are no delivery charges for Australian shipping destinations.

    Acceptance of Delivery

    Anyone at the delivery address who receives the product shall be presumed by Voodoo Coffee Company to be authorised to receive the products.

    Unfortunately Voodoo Coffee Company and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during normal delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be available during delivery hours. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your order from the nearest post office.

    Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the carrier.

    Delivery Problems

    If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our office. If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to our Returns Policy below. Please note that Australia Post does not register a parcel as missing until 15 days after the expected delivery date.

    Given that we use the regular parcel Australian Post service, there is no way for us to track your package once it has left the warehouse.

    Returns Policy

    We take great pride in providing you good quality products and do our best to ensure they arrive to you in the best possible condition. The return of goods will only be accepted if the goods are found to be faulty or defective. In these cases, Voodoo Coffee Company will replace the goods at its own expense. Where the goods are found not to be faulty or defective, the customer may be held liable for all costs relating to the return and replacement of the goods. Any order cancellations must be received before 4:30pm the day before the intended delivery/shipment day. If the customer fails to cancel within this time period, the customer may be held liable for the goods and all moneys owing for the goods. Where the customer refuses to accept delivery of ordered goods at the time of delivery, the customer may be held liable for the goods and all moneys owing for the goods and any applicable freight charges.
